A commercial building at Aspiras-Palispis Highway (known by locals as Marcos Highway), EED was chosen to construct the huge nine-storey reinforced concrete structural frame - a task that is uncommon in Baguio. The design and its finishing works were done by another contractor.

Construction started on 2013 with EED's part finishing after 10 months. This was done without any cranes to assist the workload.
